In 2003, we opened our home to guests and became the first B&B in the Upper Town. It occupies the ground and first floor of our house. The oldest part is definitely medieval, on the external wall you could see the San Lorenzo Gate of the old city walls, of which remains can still be seen. The most recent part is from the seventeenth century and even the frescoed Greek designs in the breakfast room are a typical ornament of that period.
For almost twenty years, we have been trying to make Bergamo feel like your home, we strive to improve a little every day, we look around, spy and copy, and each of your suggestions has been and will continue to be valuable.
Our breakfast, sweet and savory, includes in addition to hot drinks and fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, bread and croissants, butter and jam, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs.
We serve breakfast from Monday until Saturday between 8 and 9, 30. On Monday we will suggest excellent cafe to have a taste italian or continental breakfast

we don’t serve breakfast in the Christmas time, in the mid-August and in all national holidays:

in October from the 17-18-19,
in November from 1 to 6 and 21-22-23
in December the 6-7, 8
and from the 19 of December until the 10th of January
SPECIAL BREAKFAST: our breakfast is complete but let us know your special requests.
Weather permitting, it is prepared in the garden.

High City: existing amidst history, culture, and Italian beauty. There is nothing wrong with this hillside village, enclosed and protected by four kilometers of Venetian walls, never used. Everything is restored and preserved, everything is alive and vibrant. High City has been kept intact and lively because its inhabitants have always loved it. The university, schools, museums, shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, offices - everything is in High City, respecting its ancient streets, its buildings, and magnificent monuments.
